PTA AGM

Dear Parents,

The notice for the upcoming AGM as well as the Agenda and Minutes of the last AGM have been sent out to all parents via email. For the meeting to take place at all we would need a quorum of 83 attendees. We would like to appeal to everyone to please lend us your support and come to the AGM.

DATE     :  TUESDAY,  28 May 2019

TIME     : 8:00am sharp

VENUE :  MULTI-PURPOSE ROOM

On the morning of May 28th, attendance desks will be set up just outside the MPR. When you arrive at school before 8am, please proceed to the first floor, register your attendance and enjoy the refreshments of cakes, coffee and tea before we start the AGM promptly at 8am.

We will not be printing many copies of the Agenda and Minutes of the previous year AGM, if you would like to have a reference during the meeting, please do print out these documents and bring them with you. We look forward to seeing many of you there. Thank you.
