WEEKLY HOUSEPOINT TOTALS

Yet again, Primary students at KIS have performed exceptionally, earning another massive grand total of over 1000 housepoints collectively. Whilst the overall total was huge, the points separating each team in the battle for first was small and only 21 points separated 3rd and 1st place in the weekly competition. Well done to all students who have earned multiple housepoints for their team this week! I cannot wait to see what we achieve next week!

This week, the housepoints we awarded to each team was:

In 3rd place, with 337 housepoints is Gaya!

In 2nd place with 350 housepoints is Sapi!

In 1st place with 358 housepoints is Sulug!

Congratulations to Sulug Sharks who clinch victory back again this week! The battle is see-sawing for 1st place and I’m excited to see how our competition will continue in the weeks to come! Who will we be celebrating next week?

GO GAYA PANGOLINS! GO SAPI SUNBEARS! GO SULUG SHARKS!!

DOJO CHALLENGES

Sulug sharks were the winners of the Dojo challenges this time around, narrowly beating both the Sunbears and Pangolins to victory! Good luck to all who take part in our challenges this week!

The Monthly Maths Challenge continues for November this week. If you’d like to attempt the November challenge, there is a task for Year 1&2, Year 3&4 and Year 5&6 to attempt. Good luck maths challengers! All entries for the Monthly Maths Challenge are due by Friday 27th November 2020.

The Fun Weekly Dojo Challenge this week, is a challenge inspired by Divali for you to design Rangoli patterns! I’m looking forward to seeing the beautiful and colourful designs you can all create!

Book @ Bedtime…or Anytime returns with Mrs. Garrick sharing a new story with us as she reads one of my all time favourite books: Room on the Broom. We hope you enjoy it!
