WEEKLY HOUSEPOINT AWARDS

I am extremely proud to announce that this week we presented a range of Housepoint Awards to children in every year group throughout Primary! What an amazing achievement to celebrate. What makes it even more special as a celebration is that some of those awards we presented were for Silver Awards as children in F2 and Year 5 were recognised for earning 80 housepoints in total. In our Zoom assembly, we shared their names and are so proud of their achievements and are excited to see what future awards we will be presenting!

WEEKLY HOUSEPOINT TOTALS

For the second week in a row, I am so excited to reveal that our always hard-working Primary pupils have smashed through the 1,000 point total, earning a massive 1,241 housepoints altogether! What a fabulous achievement by everyone in Primary! Well done to all students who have earned multiple housepoints for their team this week! I cannot wait to see what we achieve next week!

 

This week, the housepoints we awarded to each team was:

 

In 3rd place, with 402 housepoints is Gaya!

In 2nd place with 405 housepoints is Sulug!

In 1st place with 434 housepoints is Sapi!

 

It was another close race for first place this week but our congratulations go to Sapi Sunbears. It’s the first time in 7 weeks that we’ve seen a new team in the top spot and I’m excited to see how our competition will continue in the weeks to come! Who will we be celebrating next week?

DOJO CHALLENGES

Sapi Sunbears were the winners of the Dojo challenges this time around, narrowly beating the Pangolins to victory! This is only their third time as Dojo challenge champs and I can’t wait to announce who will be victorious next week! Good luck to all who take part in our new challenges!

 

The Monthly Maths Challenge returns for November this week. If you’d like to attempt the November challenge, there is a task for Year 1&2, Year 3&4 and Year 5&6 to attempt. Good luck maths challengers! All entries for the Monthly Maths Challenge are due by Friday 27th November 2020.

 

The Fun Weekly Dojo Challenge this week, is a photo challenge. We’d like you to take a photo of something in your House colour. Take a look out through your window to see what you can see. Or perhaps you have a toy in your House colour. Whatever you see, take a photo of it and share it with us on your Dojo portfolio. I can’t wait to see what great photographers we have!
