WEEKLY HOUSEPOINT AWARDS
In the penultimate week, it gives me great pleasure to be able to award housepoint certificates for all the hard work our Primary students continue to show! Congratulations to everyone who received their Award!

WEEKLY HOUSEPOINT TOTALS
With just a little over a week to go until we find out the House Champions for this school year, it was exciting to discover who our penultimate weekly champions are this week! Primary students continue to display the KIS attributes and work hard to achieve housepoints for themselves and their House and this week was no exception! Congratulations to everyone who has earned more housepoints helping to reach this week’s fantastic total of 1007 housepoints!
This week, the housepoints we awarded to each team was:
In 3rd place with 320 housepoints is Gaya!
In 2nd place with 342 housepoints is Sulug!
In 1st place with 345 housepoints is Sapi!
Congratulations to the Sunbears for continuing their winning streak this week! How close will the race for first place be next week??

DOJO CHALLENGES
It was interesting to discover so many different colours that our KIS students love and even more interesting to see just how many items of these colours could be found in each home! We have some amazing treasure hunters in our school and it looks like everyone had lots of fun completing their own personal scavenger hunts! Congratulations to everyone who took part and special congratulations to Sulug who were the Dojo Challenge Champions! I can’t wait to see what challenges are completed this week! Let’s go KIS!
This is the last week you can attempt the Monthly Maths Challenge for June. There are challenges set for Y1 & 2, Y3 & 4 and Y5 & 6 for you to attempt! Good luck maths challengers! All entries for the Monthly Maths Challenge are due by Friday 25th June 2021.
This week’s fun challenge invites you to share your favourite school memory from this year. What is your favourite memory from all the things you have done in your year group? What is the best thing you have done in your class? Share your memories by drawing a picture!

Ms. Lisa in our Marketing Department will use some of the wonderful challenge submissions each week to celebrate and share your wonderful work through videos created for KIS social media sites. Please use the link above, complete the required information in the Google Form and upload your photos.
Book @ Bedtime…or Anytime is back with Mr. Bryant sharing another story by one of my all time favourite authors! We hope you enjoy ‘Monkey Puzzle’ by Julia Donaldson!
