WEEKLY HOUSEPOINT AWARDS
Even as we draw close to the end of the year, it is encouraging to see our Primary students continue to work hard and earn their next housepoint award. I am always excited to be able to prepare certificates for everyone who has earned them and this week is no exception! Congratulations to everyone who received their Award and I cannot wait to find out who we will be awarding next!

WEEKLY HOUSEPOINT TOTALS
Primary earned a very respectable 865 housepoints this week which works out at around 200 housepoints a day! Well done to everyone who earned more points this week. As we near the end of this school year, we are getting even more excited to see which of our three Houses will take these small victories each week to achieve overall glory and be crowned our Housepoint Champions of the Year!!
This week, the housepoints we awarded to each team was:
In 3rd place with 267 housepoints is Sulug!
In 2nd place with 284 housepoints is Gaya!
In 1st place with 314 housepoints is Sapi!
Congratulations to the Sunbears for continuing their winning streak this week! How close will the race for first place be next week??

DOJO CHALLENGES
KIS has some amazing artists and it was great to see all the wonderful drawings created and shared this week. I saw some amazing animal pictures, drawings of your favourite meals (which made me very hungry) and I even got to enjoy a hand-drawn cartoon strip! Congratulations to everyone who took part and special congratulations to Sapi and Sulug who were the Dojo Challenge Champions! I can’t wait to see what challenges are completed this week! Let’s go KIS!



The Monthly Maths Challenge continues this week with the tasks set for June. There are challenges set for Y1&2, Y3&4 and Y5&6 for you to attempt! Good luck maths challengers! All entries for the Monthly Maths Challenge are due by Friday 25th June 2021.
This week’s fun challenge invites you to go on a treasure hunt for items around your home. Choose your favourite colour and then hunt for items in this colour around your home! Challenge yourself to find as many items as you can! Hunt inside your home and outside if you are able to! I can’t wait to see all the colourful items you can find on your treasure hunts!

Ms. Lisa in our Marketing Department will use some of the wonderful challenge submissions each week to celebrate and share your wonderful work through videos created for KIS social media sites. Please use the link above, complete the required information in the Google Form and upload your photos.
