As every week has been super close to find our weekly housepoint champions, next week is sure to be a nail biting climax to Term 2!
But now we still need to celebrate the successes of this week and the House who clinched their weekly victory by a small margin!
The housepoints awarded to each team was:
In 3rd place with 281 housepoints is Sapi!

DOJO CHALLENGE
After a couple of weeks of setting different fun challenges across Primary, we got to celebrate all the entrants in our assembly this week! It has been great to see all the fact files about the amazing wildlife we encounter and I really enjoyed sharing in the students’ enjoyment with this challenge. I learned lots of great facts about many animals from around the world as I got to read fact files, watch videos and admire posters about the student’s favourite animals and endangered species. It was also great to see some of the wonderful experiments that our students carried out as part of our Arty Science challenge! Well done to everyone who took part in one or more of the recent challenges. Congratulations to our Sapi Sunbears for clinching the victory as Dojo Challenge Champions!
Now it’s time to find out what challenges you can involve yourself in this week.
This is the last week to complete the Monthly Maths Challenge for March! Make sure you check out the Google Drive for a range of Spring themed Maths challenges! There are challenges for F1&F2, Y1&Y2, Y3&Y4 and Y5&Y6. Check out the challenge details, download any files needed and get those maths brains calculating and solving! All submissions for this month’s challenge are due by Friday 24th March 2023. Good luck KIS!
March 14th was a fun day in school as we celebrated Maths Day. It was important that it was on this day as it is Pi Day! To reflect this important day, our challenge this week will see how many Slices of Pi you can enjoy! There are many different Pi themed activities and challenges in the Google Drive folder. Choose which activity interests you the most and complete it! The more activities you do, the more housepoints you will earn for your house. We hope everyone finds a slice of pi they can enjoy with this week’s challenge!
