House News 09.11.2019
The Weekly Housepoint Championship is really ‘hotting’ up as this week saw another very close result. Primary students earned 820 housepoints collectively and I congratulate them all for their continued hard work and for displaying the attributes that we expect from students in the KIS community. Gaya was the Dojo Challenge winners this week, earning 36 housepoints for their House.
After all the totalling up had been finalised and the last housepoints counted, we found that only 5 housepoints separated our first and third placed Houses. The winners clinched victory by a mere 2 houspoints this week!
Our weekly breakdown of housepoints earned for each House is:
In 3rd place, with 274 housepoints is SAPI!
In 2nd place with 277 housepoints is SULUG!
In 1st place with 279 housepoints is GAYA!
Congratulations to Gaya who have clinched their second victory this year! Keep up the hard work ….who will we be congratulating next week?
GO GAYA! GO SAPI! GO SULUG!!
WEEKLY HOUSEPOINT AWARDS
Another successful week in Primary saw a selection of children from F1 through to Year 5 earn their Bronze Award in assembly. It is a real pleasure to see more and more children presented with the first of our housepoint awards and I’m excited to see who will be the first to receive their Silver Award. I think it could be very soon! Good luck everyone!!
