Harvest Festival

On Wednesday 25th the PTASC has organised for a local dance troupe to come and perform a traditional dance for the students. Parents are invited to also attend. It starts at 8:00am. We look forward to seeing you on the morning.

Annual General Meeting (AGM)

You are all warmly invited to attend the Parents Teachers Association AGM on Thursday 26th May at 8am in the School Hall.

In order for the AGM to proceed a minimum quorum is required as per our Constitution (Article VII, General Meeting, Point 3). Currently we have 485 parents and 35 teachers (excluding those who also have children enrolled in the school) totaling 520 Association Members. In order for the AGM to proceed we require 64 members to be present, however we hope to see as many of you as possible on the day. Please find attached the AGM Minutes from the previous AGM held 5th June 2021, the Agenda for this AGM, and the nomination form for the Steering Committee membership.

Staff Appreciation Lunch

The PTASC will be holding a Staff Appreciation Lunch on Thursday 9th June. Thanks to the generosity of the community, monies raised previously will be used towards this day. Attached is a bunting file that we are asking parents / students to print and fill in and return to the school by the 7th June. The PTASC will then decorate the school with these lovely messages to the staff. Closer to the date we will be requesting parents to volunteer for playground duties on the day to ensure the children are properly supervised whilst the staff enjoy their lunch.
