From the Outgoing Committee:
Kaamatan and Hari Raya Celebration
In an unusual event, this year Kaamatan and Hari Raya were celebrated together. The school was lively decorated and the stalls recreated a nice Tamu ambience which was enhanced by the traditional dresses and colours worn by students, parents and staff. The children were happy to watch the traditional dances but mostly to participate trying to jump the bamboo trunks at the rhythm of the Magunatip; and we could see some teachers enjoying it as well! Everybody had the chance to indulge in the traditional food which was delicious.
We thank all the members of our community who helped decorating the school and preparing all needed for this double celebration. In particular, we want to thank those who helped sponsoring the food and dances. This event wouldn’t have been the same without your help!

The incoming steering committee is already working hard, attending handover meetings and appointing office bearers. We wish them the best of luck!
The PTASC 2018-2019 would like to thank all the members who came and voted for a new Steering Committee, but also for always supporting and contributing towards the events organised by the outgoing PTASC. None of it would have happened without you!
From the Incoming Steering Committee:
PTASC 2019/20 Introduction.
On behalf of the incoming 2019/20 PTASC I would like to thank the outgoing Steering Committee members for all of their hard work over the past year. They have done an amazing job planning and organising events for the whole community to enjoy.
Thank you for giving us such a wonderful and organised handover over the past few weeks during the transition process. The outgoing Steering Committee will continue to coordinate the up-coming events this term with the support from the incoming Steering Committee.
I am very honoured to have been nominated as Chairperson to lead a wonderful team on the Steering Committee this year. Having worked within the education sector for many years I am looking forward to working closely with team members and being part of the school life whilst supporting all of the activities that are happening within the school community.
The Steering committee will continue to improve the communication link between school and parents. Throughout the year, we will cover the annual events in the school calendar, with some possible exciting additions.
I would like to thank the ladies who put themselves forward to be part of an amazing team this year.
