From the Head of Primary 03.02.2024
I am thrilled to share some highlights and important updates from our primary school. At KIS, we are committed to providing an environment where students can thrive academically, socially, and emotionally. I am delighted to see our students engaging passionately in their learning journeys, exploring new concepts, and embracing challenges with enthusiasm. Your support and encouragement at home greatly contribute to their growth and success, and we are grateful for your partnership in nurturing lifelong learners.
As part of our ongoing commitment to fostering a supportive and inclusive environment, we are placing a special emphasis on the themes of friendship, safe and sensible play, and kindness in our assembly and PSHE (Personal, Social, Health, and Economic Education) curriculum. By nurturing these values, we aim to empower our students to build meaningful relationships, make responsible choices, and cultivate empathy and compassion towards others.
I would like to remind you that our primary learning conferences will be taking place next week. These conferences provide an invaluable opportunity for you to engage in meaningful discussions about your child’s progress, strengths, and areas for growth. Your active participation and thoughtful questions play a crucial role in supporting your child’s learning journey, and I encourage you to attend and collaborate with us in ensuring their success.

Every Friday during our assembly, we take a moment to celebrate the achievements and positive contributions of our students. It is heartwarming to witness their talents, kindness, and resilience being recognized and celebrated by their peers and teachers. Congratulations to all our Stars of the Week—you inspire us all!
