Happy 50th KIS!
Many thanks to all who attended the birthday celebration last Tuesday.
We were blessed to have the founder of KIS, trustee Datuk Dr Richard Barrows, one of the alumni student, Mr James Wong, now an accomplished architect at JWA to be present at our party.
Many thanks also to our neighbours Raini & Era Fazirah from the deaf school, St Francis Convent Primary school principal, Dora and her assistant Shaharom for joining us in the celebration. We were also thankful for Ms Tressie Yap of Ripple and Carlsbot, who’s also our eco warriors upcycling mentor for making time to join our lil community celebration.
KIS is proud to have an extensive international network of community that now encompasses 50years of alumni from all walks of life, nationalities, age and profession.
It would be interesting to know where and what our alumni’s have been up to since leaving school. I’m sure it would fill up a whole library of interesting inspirational stories for our future generations of students to learn from.
