Aspiring F1 Racer sets the track on fire in recent Junior Kart Series event in KL

Jacob (10S) has been involved in the fast paced and electrifying sport of karting since he was 8 years old. Previously, Jacob won the Asia Series in the Cadet Karts division in 2020. He has now progressed to driving in the Junior Kart Series in machines reaching speeds of up 120km/hr! Last week he enjoyed some fantastic results at Shah Alam in Kuala Lumpur as he was undefeated in every race with his nearest rivals several seconds off his blistering pace putting him in a very strong position to take out the National title.

He races for CW Racing, and like any other series sport is well supported by a highly experienced team of mechanics, data analysts, coach and manager. He is currently following the path of many successful F1 drivers and if he maintains his current level of exceptional driving is not only well placed to win the Series but also qualify for the World titles which will be hosted in Le Mans, France in October. This would see Jacob have the opportunity to test his driving skills against the best racers from around the world!

We hope Jacob will be able to maintain his focus and fine results and ‘drive’ his way to a spot at the World’s next month. Best of luck!
