Year 13 Graduation Ceremony
On Monday 10th June the Y13 Graduation Ceremony was held in Sutera Harbour Marina. After a long six weeks of A level examinations our Y13 students are now able to sit back and relax while contemplating the next stage in their education.
Our guest of honour for the ceremony was Mr Alexander Yee, a Sabahan entrepreneur. Mr Yee has many different business interests as well as being a keen Aikido practitioner and conservationist.
We had excellent and relevant speeches from Mr Ian Gross, Mr Alexander Yee and the sixth form tutor, Mrs Colbeck. There was many a tear shed at the end (and that was just Mr Colbeck) as students said goodbye to teachers and had their last photographs taken as a class.
We will miss them greatly and we wish them the very best for the future.
