Word of the Week! 16.11.2019
Another avalanche of wonderful words from KS3. I am pleased to announce this week’s winners:
In 1st place we have Trinity (8K) with ‘relinquished‘ – My cat relinquished the urge to kill the lizard. Five house points for Sulug.
Runner-up is Debbie (8K), who earns 4 house points for Gaya with ‘escalating‘ – The population of the world is escalating.
Third place is taken by Farah (8S) with ‘incessantly‘ – Our neighbour likes to play music incessantly. Farah earns 3 house points for Sapi.
Well done to these three students and a big ‘thank you’ to all the KS3 students who take the time and care to keep their vocabulary books in such splendid condition.
