PRIMARY HOUSE POINT AWARDS

It’s certainly a busy time in Primary and the students are continuing to work hard, earning their individual certificates for reaching the next milestone of housepoints! We presented more of these special awards to individuals during our Friday celebration assembly!
Congratulations for Bronze Awards this week go to:
F1: Oscar
Y1: Kyra
Y5: Kaitlyn
Congratulations for Silver Awards this week go to:
Y2: Claudia, Benjamin, Luke and Nathaniel
Y6: Lucy
Congratulations for Gold Awards this week go to:
Y3: Muhammad and Autumn
Congratulations to you all! We can’t wait to find out who we will celebrate next week!

The end of Term 2 is drawing closer and I’m already looking forward to finding out how the overall race to the yearly Housepoint Champion is going! If the weekly battles prove anything, it’s only how close all three Houses will be as the weekly battles have the smallest margins between the top teams. This week was no exception as 1 point separated 2nd and 3rd and our top team clinched a 2 point lead to grasp victory!
The housepoints awarded to each team was:
In 3rd place, with 231 housepoints is Sapi!
In 2nd place with 232 housepoints is Sulug!
In 1st place with 234 housepoints is Gaya!
Our congratulations go to Gaya PAngolins for securing another win this term!! Who will we be celebrating as Housepoint Champions next week?!
GO GAYA PANGOLINS! GO SAPI SUNBEARS!! GO SULUG SHARKS!!!
DOJO CHALLENGE
It was another fantastic week for completing the Fun Dojo Challenges and everyone had some very yummy piles of perfect pancakes to enjoy for breakfasts, lunches, dinners and snacks! Lots of toppings looked to be very popular across the KIS community and I loved seeing all the photos shared! They definitely made my mouth water and I hope that you all enjoyed the challenge as much as I enjoyed seeing everyone’s participation! Well done to everyone who helped to earn more housepoints!
