EXTREME READING COMPETITION

As we enjoyed Book Week, we also enjoyed the return of one of our favourite Book Week challenges: Extreme Reading! Primary students were challenged to take a photo of themselves reading in an extreme spot and they certainly managed to fulfill this brief! Submitted photos showed some fantastic creativity and imaginative extreme reading positions and the entries certainly gave our judging panel some tough decisions.

Judging and voting took place throughout Book Week so that we could find the winning Extreme Reader and present them with their award in the final celebration assembly at the end of Book Week.

Please join me in congratulating the winners and admire their amazing photos for Extreme Reading! We ask our KIS community to admire the imaginative nature of these photos but always remember to choose safe and sensible places to enjoy reading your favourite books.
