From the PTASC 17.12.2022
The Christmas break is upon us and we will take this time to be with our loved ones and celebrate togetherness, for some this is the first time in 3 years. As we come to the end of the first term we take the chance to reflect on a successful term 1 for the PTASC! My team of trusted volunteers have achieved plenty over the last few months. From Friday afternoon ice creams, to an exciting International Day, to a well-overdue cleaning of the storeroom, to decorating, and to cookie baking. I can say it has been as diverse as the activities for us as it has been enjoyable.
I wish to take this chance to say thanks, not only to my wonderful team in the PTASC, but also to the wider school community, who continually step up and assist in any way they can when asked. It makes life easier knowing I have the support of all the community behind me. I also wish to take the opportunity to appreciate the tireless work of the school staff for all of the assistance they continually offer when needed. Tis the season for family and gratitude, and I wish to ensure all the KIS community, from the staff to the parents/caregivers, know that I appreciate them all.
Merry Christmas to you all and safe holidays. Looking forward to Term 2 with you all.
