Staff Appreciation Day
Hello All! Is has been a whirlwind of a school year with online learning, to being back in school, to having short term online learning, then to being back in school, etc. Regardless of the pandemic and the extra burden it has had on us all, the staff at KIS has handled the changes and challenges with flexibility and efficiency. It is the time of year for us as parents, students and a community to show our gratitude, appreciation and thankfulness.
The PTASC is organising a lunch for KIS staff on May 18th and we need your help!
Donation: We are asking for a donation of at least RM10 per child. If you are feeling more generous, please help out! For primary, please hand this into your CA, and for secondary please hand it into the office. All money needs to be collected by the 17th of May.
Volunteers: The school is allowing us to have some parent volunteers in to help look after the children during their lunch breaks, so that the staff can appreciate and enjoy their stress-free lunch break. We are in need of at least 20 volunteers. Please contact your CA if you are willing and able to help us.
Buntings: This year we are keeping up with the tradition of the triangle buntings! Attached is a file with the bunting pattern for children and/or parents to write/ draw a note of appreciation to the staff. We will be collecting them from May 10-12th.
Please help us show our gratitude and express thanks to the great staff of KIS!
