FOBISIA News

A reminder to parents of Year 7 and 8 students, the deadline for registering interest to take part in the U13’s FOBISIA games is fast approaching. The reply slip and RM1500 deposit is due by Friday 27th September. At this stage we are still short of both boys and girls to be able to send a team and are in danger of being unable to send a team for the first time in 3 years. In 2018-2019 we saw a great growth in FOBISIA attendance on previous years and we hope to be able to continue that this year.

We are also still accepting registrations for the FOBISIA Swimming Championships taking place in Seoul Korea ,which is very exciting! The deadline for reply slips and the RM2000 deposit for this competition is Wednesday 25th September. We will need a minimum of 10 students to ensure that we are able to send a team to the meet to represent KIS. 

KIS is a founding member of FOBISIA and we have a long history of participation in events. Taking part in these trips are a wonderful experience for students from which they benefit tremendously through the opportunity to challenge themselves, develop leadership skills and travel to different places and meet other students from around Asia.
