HOUSE POINT AWARD
Another successful week across Primary as we celebrated the opportunity to award more certificates and Housepoint Awards. We cannot wait to see the final awards we can present to our outstanding pupils for their housepoint achievements in the final week of the year!

HOUSE POINTS
In the last week Primary students have outdone themselves and earned a whopping 1028 housepoints, which is one of our largest totals from throughout the entire year! Despite such a large total, the individual houses were narrowly separated by the smallest of margins to find the winning house for this week.

In 3rd place with 401 housepoints is Sulug!

Our congratulations go to Gaya Pangolins for another win in this final term!! Who will we be celebrating as the overall Housepoint Champions for this year? We can’t wait to find out who next week!!

DOJO CHALLENGE
Primary were busy snapping photos of reflections this week and it was wonderful to see the different ways that our students interpreted this theme. We had amazing reflections in water, televisions, devices, mirrors and even reflections from the years spent at school and in our student’s learning. Our judges within school will look at all photos and now have the hard decision to choose one winning photograph from each House in each Key Stage. We look forward to revealing the results with you soon!
It has been a wonderful year for all our challenges and I have thoroughly enjoyed seeing all the contributions from all our students participating.
This week, there is no new challenge set and we wish you all a wonderful holiday ahead of the summer break next week. New exciting challenges will return in the new school year and we can’t wait to see your participation!
SECONDARY NEWS
The scores so far…
Term 1 and 2 were a mixed bag for the houses.
In the merit stakes, GAYA was clearly falling behind as SAPI & SULUG vied for the lead:-
Who will be able to take the lead for term 3 and have an advantage in the overal House Point stakes?
Merit awarding was closed this Thursday 23rd June for the academic year and I will now be furiously producing lists of students that have earnt their Bronze, Silver or Gold certificates to be presented in the final assembly of the year.
NBA 2Ball
This week saw the culmination of the term-long NBA 2Ball league which has been a great success.
Current Top 10 standings were:-
CONGRATULATIONS to Joseph and Jackson who won out with a score posted early in the term of 36 which the remaining teams found tough to beat.
Physical Challenge
This week also saw the final round of challenges and it proved to be a VERY popular one.
