Word of the Week! 7.12.2019

The consistently high standard of KS3 vocabulary this term shows no sign of abating. It has been another very impressive week.

This week’s winner is Jeong Mo (7K) – My friend, who never smiles, is a real sourpuss. Five points for Sapi.

Runner-up is Alqualyn [7S], earning 4 house points for Gaya – Tammy could swim as well as Sarah, but Lisa couldn’t swim at all,  confessing unabashedly that she was afraid of the water.

In third position is Anny (7S) – The thief absconded with a fortune. Anny earns 3 points for Gaya.

Well done to all students for maintaining such rigorous standards from week to week.
