KIS will be having a “care week” beginning Monday 3rd October. The school is looking for parent volunteers during lunchtime to assist with well-being activities. Example of these activities could be meditation, yoga, mindfull colouring, games, karaoke, mindfull breathing, just dance etc…

Timing would be 11:50-12:20 for Primary & 12:30-1:00 for Secondary.

Please contact Ms Hitchen on khitchen@kis.edu.my for further information or to volunteer.

Planning for International Day is well underway with many countries already meeting to discuss their stalls. If you are wanting to assist please ensure you have filled out the google form below so we can link you to your nationality group. International Day Sign Up

Thank you to everyone who has filled out the form already and also to those who have offered sponsorship for our lucky draws. If you have a donation for the lucky draw or hamper could you please drop it into the school office.

On International Day we use vouchers for the purchase of food and drinks and also for the students to participate in the games that the student council arrange. These vouchers can be purchased from the PTASC starting Monday 26th September between 1:30-3:30pm. A letter regarding the vouchers has been sent out.

We are all looking forward to celebrating our diversity in the school on this day and hope as many parents as possible will assist the PTASC to make it a memorable day for all.
