From the PTASC 05.09.2020

The PTA steering committee had a productive meeting last Friday, where we were able to come up with some ideas for this unprecedented school year!  We are committed to try and create community events without being able to be together, we will also strive to keep an open communication.  We would like to welcome Andrea Wehrendt, as the newest member.  She has volunteered to be the vice-chair and the Primary CA Coordinator.  Ritu Parashar, has also volunteered to be the treasurer for another year, which is a massive help.  If anyone else is interested in joining the steering committee, we would love to have you join us!  We would also like to mention that the NFT had a nice coffee morning last Thursday.  Welcome to the new families of KIS!

Traditionally, International Day would be the schools’ next big event, but because of the SOP guidelines, we will not be able to do the event as it has historically been done. We, the steering committee, have come up with some ideas that we are excited to share with you and collaborate with the school leadership team to pull off a new and different international day.
