Dear KIS Community,
The half-term is here and I wish you all a safe and relaxing break. As I mentioned in my letter earlier this week, once the MoE announces a date for starting school we will inform you. It will not be before the end of the CMCO.
Thank you to all the parents who were able to take part in our safety webinars over this past week. It was lovely to see you all. My thanks to David Powell for arranging and also to our fantastic translators, Ms Thecla, Ms Xue Fei and Ms Seon Yeong.
Don’t forget, the PTA AGM is scheduled for 4th June, due to social restrictions we will be holding a virtual AGM meeting to allow all parents and teachers to be able to attend. Further details have been sent from the PTA and you can also read the PTA section in this week’s newsletter. If you are interested in joining the PTASC for next year, please do contact them.
If you have a business you would like to promote or special offers available, we will be running a special edition of the newsletter in the new half term to support our community and one another. Please send me details (or images etc.) which we will collate and send to all of our community (igross@kis.edu.my).
