Sixth Form Induction Day
Students joining the school’s Sixth From A Level Programme were welcomed to school last Friday for their Induction Day. The school’s Year 13 students had the opportunity to confirm their subject choices for the second part of their students – the A Level exams which will be taken in May and June of 2016. The Year 12 students met with the Sixth Form teaching staff, their fellow Sixth Form students and were able to learn more about what the coming two years will bring.
KIS’ Sixth Form started in 2012, offering the highly regarded Cambridge International A Level programme. Since then, the school has seen two year groups graduate with much success, which has led them to be awarded places at universities worldwide, including Durham, Kings College London and University College London. The school’s small class sizes, highly experienced and qualified teaching staff and the additional opportunities provided for personal growth and development, ensured that our Sixth Form students are well prepared for life beyond school.
