of the year, International Day. Organised by the Parent Teacher Association (PTA), International Day is a whole school celebration of the multicultural community that exists at KIS. Students, parent and staff from the school\u2019s 33 nations came to school wearing the national dress of their country and had the opportunity to share their culture, music and food. The day started with an International Parade, and was followed by international themed lessons, parent-run food stalls, and a number of exciting activities for students to enjoy managed by the school\u2019s Student Council and culminated in a Lucky Draw.<\/p>\n<p>The Principal, Alan Connah, explained \u201cOur International Day provides a wonderful opportunity to bring together our diverse community from over 33 nations. At KIS we pride ourselves on our family friendly community.
