{"id":4868,"date":"2016-03-19T17:04:12","date_gmt":"2016-03-19T09:04:12","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.kis.edu.my\/kisnewsletter\/?p=4868"},"modified":"2016-03-19T17:06:58","modified_gmt":"2016-03-19T09:06:58","slug":"fobisia-u13-report-18th-march","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.kis.edu.my\/kisnewsletter\/fobisia-u13-report-18th-march\/","title":{"rendered":"FOBISIA U13 Report 18th March"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Miss Hale reports on the U13&#8217;s first day of activities at the FOBISIA Games, hosted by St Stephen&#8217;s School in Bangkok:<\/p>\n<p>We started day 1 of the U13 FOBISIA Games early with a 5.45am wake-up call. \u00a0After fuelling with a hearty\u00a0breakfast our excited students departed to the stadium for the Athletics competition, followed by Swimming.<\/p>\n<p>Our students performed fantastically well and pushed themselves to their limits throughout the day. Every student won a medal in at least two events and many won several. Overall the school won 14 gold medals, 23 silver medals and 10 bronze medals.<\/p>\n<p>Some time spent relaxing at the hotel after the day&#8217;s events was followed by a group dinner and a summary of the results from the day&#8217;s activities.<\/p>\n<p>The students are looking forward to the next day&#8217;s activities, which will see the boys doing their best on the football field and the girls working hard in their basketball events.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Miss Hale reports on the U13&#8217;s first day of activities at the FOBISIA Games, hosted by St Stephen&#8217;s School in Bangkok: We started day 1 of the U13 FOBISIA Games early with a 5.45am wake-up call. \u00a0After fuelling with a hearty\u00a0breakfast our excited students departed to the stadium for the Athletics competition, followed by Swimming.
