We kicked off Earth Week with great enthusiasm and commitment to environmental awareness. Throughout the week, our students actively participated in various activities aligned with each day’s theme:<\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Monday – Earth Day 2024: We celebrated Earth Day emphasising the importance of environmental conservation and sustainability. Classes took part in activities linked to environmental awareness.<\/span><\/p>\n

Tuesday – Take a Lift Tuesday: Encouraging eco-friendly transportation, students learned about the benefits of carpooling, and our older students received insightful talks from the government and the Rasa Ria.<\/span><\/p>\n

Wednesday – Wasteless Wednesday: We challenged our students to minimize single-use plastic in their lunch boxes and in the canteen, promoting eco-friendly practices. Last year this led to our reusable container initiative which is still ongoing.<\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Thursday – Thrifty Thursday: Thanks to the efforts of our eco-warriors and PTA, we hosted a successful swap shop for second-hand clothes and items, promoting sustainability through reusing and recycling.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\t\t
