[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]A lot of the news in Secondary this week has been surrounding our U15 Vipers FOBISIA Team, who have performed incredibly well! All congratulations to them, and to staff Ms Watt, Mr Celestial and Mr Dean for all the support and train! I am certain there will be lots of photos to come.<\/span><\/p>\n

Yesterday we held the Student Leadership Assembly in school and it was wonderful to hear from the young people who have volunteered for or been elected to various roles in school. In turn, they went up to the front of all the hall and spoke about what their objectives were for their teams, and how they aimed to set about achieving them. These young leaders are developing essential skills for global citizenship, most of all confidence and belief in themselves and how they can make a difference in the \u00a0world today.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Advance Notice: Scary School Day is next Tuesday, the 31st<\/strong>,<\/strong> and there will be prizes for the best costume! All the students now know about this, and that we expect to be highly entertained by them on that day. All next week as well we have Arts Week, which promises to be the best one yet, with lots of activities including recitals from professional musicians!\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
