We all have a role in improving our own mental health and help to promote good mental health as part of a healthy life.<\/p>\n<p>Secondary and Primary lunchtimes will be filled with relaxing activities which students can choose to enjoy such as mindfulness colouring, mindfulness mile, making calm jars, silent disco and many more! <a href=\"https:\/\/drive.google.com\/file\/d\/1T_uOKOzsWurpof94blMUZsri48L_58j4\/view?usp=drive_link\"><strong><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><em>See here for the full timetable<\/em><\/span><\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Students, parents, guardians and teachers are welcome to join our &#8216;Morning Motivation\u2019 everyday during the week from 7.30am to 7.40am at the school\u2019s basketball court (weather permitting of course!). There will be lovely dances and light exercises for everyone to enjoy.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Parents and guardians are invited to volunteer 30 minutes of their time to offer lunchtime activities.
