HOUSEPOINT TOTAL<\/strong><\/h3>\n

[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]It was another close race between all three Houses in the Weekly Housepoint Championship as Primary worked hard to earn a collective 826 housepoints. Only a couple of housepoints separated the top spot and the championship is hotting up as we begin to look towards the end of the year and wait with baited breath to find out who will be our overall Housepoint Champions this year!<\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

This week, F2 were victorious as the Class Champions! They earned an average of 7 housepoints per pupil for all their hard work! Well done F2! We are very proud of you all!<\/span><\/p>\n

In the weekly battle, the housepoints awarded to each team was:<\/span><\/p>\n

DOJO CHALLENGE<\/strong><\/h3>\n

[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]Fun with Family was a fun challenge and one that was taken on by many families within our KIS community. It was wonderful to see the activities and pastimes that everyone gets up to and even nicer to see how much fun our families have spending time together doing the things they love! Well done to everyone who took on this latest challenge! We can\u2019t wait to see what you get up to with the next challenges!<\/span><\/p>\n

The Monthly Maths Challenge continues for May and this is your last chance to complete this May challenge! Make sure you check out the Google Drive for the Maths challenge for your year group! There are challenges for F1&F2, Y1&Y2, Y3&Y4 and Y5&Y6. Check out the challenge details, download any files needed and get those maths brains calculating and solving! All submissions for this month\u2019s challenge are due by Friday 26th May 2023. Good luck KIS!<\/span><\/p>\n

[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]Primary participated in pizza parties galore for our last fun challenge! There were delicious homemade pizzas created in a variety of shapes and sizes as well as lots of pizzas enjoyed for take away too! Sapi Sunbears clinched the victory as the Dojo Challenge Champions for this fun challenge, having one more submission in the challenge than our other Houses! Well done to the Sunbears and everyone who participated!<\/span><\/p>\n

The Monthly Maths Challenge will return next week for the final Maths challenge of this school year! Keep your eyes peeled for June\u2019s Monthly Maths challenge coming on Friday 2nd June 2023.<\/span><\/p>\n

This week\u2019s Fun Challenge is the final Life Thru a Lens competition for this school year and it gives us the opportunity to reflect on the school year that is drawing to a close. What a year it has been\u2026our first full year back in school since Covid sent us online and it\u2019s time to look back over our year at KIS. What was your favourite highlight? Do you have a favourite lesson or event from this year that you want to remember and share? How about a teacher or member of staff who has inspired you that you want to show your appreciation for? Share a photo to show your best memories from a wonderful year at KIS! One winner from each House in each Key Stage will be chosen! Submit your entries by Thursday 1st June 2023.<\/span><\/p>\n
