{"id":18658,"date":"2022-09-23T10:52:51","date_gmt":"2022-09-23T02:52:51","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.kis.edu.my\/kisnewsletter\/from-the-eco-warriors-03-09-2022-copy\/"},"modified":"2022-09-23T10:58:04","modified_gmt":"2022-09-23T02:58:04","slug":"from-the-eco-warriors-24-09-2022","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.kis.edu.my\/kisnewsletter\/from-the-eco-warriors-24-09-2022\/","title":{"rendered":"From the Eco Warriors 24.09.2022"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"wpb-content-wrapper\"><p>[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]<b>Secondary Eco Warriors:<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">This year, the Eco Warriors are aiming to promote ways to create a sustainable environment in the school, and encourage others to be mindful of their habits and of events that are happening in the world.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><b>What are we working on at the moment?<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">At the start of October, a small group of Secondary Eco Warriors will be presenting to the primary students about the most significant points from the 17 Global Goals as well as the goals we want to accomplish on global goals day as Eco Warriors.\u00a0We hope this will inform and inspire them that they can make a change.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><b>Reminders:<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The Eco Warriors would also like to remind all students about the recycling bins near the canteen, and that these should be used for recycling papers, plastic and cans. In addition to that, we would like to remind the students about the ongoing MILO CAMPAIGN<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.milo.com.my\/the-milo-careton-project-latest-happenings\" class=\"broken_link\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/a> <a href=\"https:\/\/www.milo.com.my\/the-milo-careton-project-latest-happenings\" class=\"broken_link\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">(Click here<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> for more information). Remember that empty milo cartons should be recycled in the small, green bins.
