All parents in Secondary should have received an email for the Secondary Sports Day scheduled for Wednesday 12th October.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Looking forward to seeing lots of parents at Penampang Athletics Stadium to cheers on our students in our first whole school House Event of the year.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Students, led by the House Ambassadors, have nominated what events they wish to take part in with track events spanning the 60m Dash to the 1500m for the more endurance minded athletes. Students also have the option of taking part in both jumping and throwing events including; shot put, discus, long jump and standing triple jump. Not to forget the highlights of the days the House relays and Tug of War events!\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

We will be conducting some of the events on site at school in the week before including high jump and javelin. So come the 12th we will see which of the three Houses will be starting in front.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

It was the gallant Gaya Pangolins who last lifted the Secondary Sports Day trophy as champions. It promises to be a fiercely competitive day with lots of blood, sweat and tears\u2026 well I can guarantee lots of sweat, but hopefully only metaphorical blood and tears!\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Saturday 8th October: KIS U15 Basketball Tournament<\/b><\/p>\n

Come down and cheer on the U15 FOBISIA Squad in the KIS Vipers\u2019 return to competitive sport from 8:00am to 12:30pm. The charity committee will be on hand to sell drinks and snacks as well on the day.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Friday 30th September: <\/b>U15 FOBISIA Games Final Payment of RM1500 due\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Please be sure to make sure this is paid on time either to the school office or by bank transfer.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

PRIMARY FOBISIA GAMES – REGISTRATION LETTER COMING SOON!<\/b><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Letters will be going home to parents of students in Years 5 and 6 about the Primary FOBISIA Friendly Games that will be taking place in May 2023. Whilst this may seem a long time away. We will need to confirm if we will have a team before the end of Term 1 so that training provisions can be put in place for Term 2 as part of the ECA programme.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Students will need to prepare to take part in <\/span>FOUR<\/b> sports; swimming, athletics, football and tee ball.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
