Stigma and discrimination continue to be a barrier in accessing the right care. WHO envisions a world in which mental health is valued, promoted and protected; where everyone has an equal opportunity to enjoy mental health and to exercise their human rights; and where everyone can access the mental health care they need.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Promoting good mental health should start with ourselves. Amidst our busy schedule with taking care of our children, our own work matters, and other personal matters, take a step back and reflect if we have taken an active approach in doing some self-care for ourselves.
