The easing of SOPs in Sabah will hopefully allow more tangible events to be organized towards the end of this year.<\/p>\n<p>Deepavali was celebrated on 4 November 2021 which is a national holiday in Malaysia. The PTASC wishes the KIS Indian community a \u201cHappy Deepavali\u201d and Congratulations to the winners of the KIS Rangoli Contest 2021. We wish to thank the Indian community for the cash prizes donation for the contest. Also known as the <em>Festival of Lights<\/em>, Deepavali is a celebration of the triumph of good over evil, light over darkness&#8230; let us hope that we will triumph over the Covid19 pandemic as well and soon see all the children physically back in school for their learning.<\/p>\n<p>There is still an opening within the PTA Steering Committee (ordinary member) should you be interested to get involved in the sharing of ideas, organising events or doing projects and so on.
