{"id":14904,"date":"2021-06-11T13:09:50","date_gmt":"2021-06-11T05:09:50","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.kis.edu.my\/kisnewsletter\/word-of-the-week-is-back-05-06-2021-copy\/"},"modified":"2021-06-11T13:12:04","modified_gmt":"2021-06-11T05:12:04","slug":"word-of-the-week-12-06-2021","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.kis.edu.my\/kisnewsletter\/word-of-the-week-12-06-2021\/","title":{"rendered":"Word of the Week 12.06.2021"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Both the English Department and form tutors have been exceedingly impressed this week with our students\u2019 ability to fight through their <strong>\u2018<em>clinomania<\/em><\/strong>\u2019 and <strong>\u2018<em>malaise<\/em><\/strong>\u2019 to offer us a veritable<strong> \u2018<em>tittynope<\/em>\u2019<\/strong> of tasty word treats.\u00a0 We\u2019ve had such a <strong>\u2018<em>sesquipedalian<\/em>\u2019<\/strong> torrent of terms of unusual <strong>\u2018<em>parlance<\/em><\/strong>\u2019 that <strong>\u2018<em>arbitration<\/em>\u2019<\/strong> has been quite a <strong>\u2018<em>discombobulating<\/em><\/strong>\u2019 process.<\/p>\n<p>However, while all of this week\u2019s tutor group entries stand on the<strong> \u2018<em>precipice<\/em><\/strong>\u2019 of greatness, I do not wish to find myself <strong>\u2018<em>embroiled<\/em>\u2019<\/strong> in a scandal.
