For teachers, being able to communicate with parents helps them better understand a child\u2019s strengths and their own individual personality and learning style. The more information that they have about a students, the more teachers can focus on teaching and being able to address and overcome challenges along the way that may be unique to each child. Although our classroom doors are temporarily shut, you are always welcome to contact your child\u2019s teacher via email or Dojo to arrange a face to face video call if there is anything that you want to discuss.<\/p>\n<p>Term 2 Parent\/Teacher Meetings will take place on 4<sup>th<\/sup>, 5<sup>th<\/sup>, 8<sup>th<\/sup>, 9<sup>th<\/sup> and 10<sup>th<\/sup> February and will be conducted online. These meetings are an opportunity for you to discuss your child\u2019s progress, strengths and areas for development. On Monday 25<sup>th<\/sup> January, your class teacher will be in touch with their available time slots and you will be able to sign up remotely on a Google Doc. The link to the Doc will be shared on your class Dojo page.\u00a0 Each meeting will last for approximately ten minutes and we ask you to keep to time as links for each meeting will be arranged in advance.<\/p>\n<p>As we head into the weekend don\u2019t forget to log your distances for Ms Watt\u2019s Get up and MOVE challenge. In assembly this morning, Ms Watt instructed the children to tie their parents up this weekend as they are currently beating the teachers with their accumulated distance.
