NFT Coffee Morning<\/strong><\/div>\n
A \u2018Welcome to KIS\u2019 coffee morning was hosted last Friday at Cafe Haru by the New Friends Team (NFT) for the parents and their families who are new to the school.<\/div>\n
The coffee morning was a great success and provided an ideal opportunity for everyone to get to know each other as well as enabling the NFT to provide information about KIS to the parents.<\/div>\n
We would also like to thank Mr Gross and Mrs Renshaw for joining us.<\/div>\n

Chinese New Year<\/strong><\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
On Wednesday the KIS community celebrated the Chinese New Year with our annual Lion Dance on the basketball court.<\/div>\n
It was a fabulous performance to behold and we were delighted to be joined by our neighbours from the Sabah Deaf Society.<\/div>\n
Both Primary and Secondary students also participated in the celebrations by playing the drums very loudly and dressing up in the lion costumes!<\/div>\n

Thank you to all the staff, students and parents who came to school dressed in Chinese colours \/ traditional clothing which made the event all the more special.<\/div>\n
