3rd October 2019<\/strong><\/p>\n

International day is fast approaching and we would like to thank all the people who are helping out in various ways from selling vouchers to organising stalls or making food to sell on the day.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

This is one of the school\u2019s biggest events of the year and as plans are falling into place the excitement for the event is also building up!!<\/span><\/p>\n

<\/h4>\n

Vouchers<\/strong><\/p>\n

As many of you are aware the PTASC have started selling \u2018Vouchers\u2019 in packs of RM20 for you to purchase.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

All payments on the day will be via these vouchers.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Booklets of vouchers worth RM20 are available for purchase during drop off and pick up as well as on the day itself.<\/span><\/p>\n

Vouchers will be on sale in the walk way everyday until the 3rd October:\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Drop off from 7:30am-8:30am\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Pick up from 1:30pm-3:30pm\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Hampers\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

Each year the different nationalities kindly donate amazing hampers for a \u2018silent bid\u2019\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

The hampers are packed full of traditional goodies and delicious produce which represents each individual country.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

The hampers have always been a huge success and they will be on display in the walk way from Wednesday 25th September which will also be the start of the silent auction.\u00a0 Bidding forms will be located with the hampers.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

<\/h4>\n

As you may be aware, on the day itself there will be Henna art work provided by the Indian stall and also traditional performances to represent various nationalities.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

To take part in the Henna artwork or to perform, please complete the specific form below.<\/span><\/p>\n

All performance request forms will need to be submitted to the PTASC by Friday 27th September via the school office.<\/span><\/p>\n
