Class of 2018: Off to University!
We have been following up with our Year 13 graduates [July 2018] and we are delighted that they have all secured places at universities, with the exception of one student who will be taking a gap year before proceeding onto tertiary education next year. Two of our students will be attending Queen’s University Belfast, one to study Medicine and the other is embarking upon an International Foundation course in Business, Humanities and Social Sciences. Three more students are also heading off to the UK, one to study Computer Science at the University of Surrey, one to study Zoology at the University of Bangor and a third to study Biochemistry at the University of Bristol. In addition, one of our students is starting a course in Global Sustainability Science at Utrecht University, and another heading off to the United States of America to embark upon a study of Aeronautical Science. Finally, one student will be studying Mechatronic Engineering at the University of Swinburne, Australia, with a first year in the Malaysia campus followed by three years in Australia.
We send all of our best wishes to the Class of 2018 and thank them for their immense contribution to KIS during their time with us. We look forward to hearing of their future successes!
