Secondary Students Embark on Work Experience Programme

Every year at KIS students in Years 10, 11 and 12 leave the normality of their school life and join businesses in the local community to gain an insight into the world of work. We are grateful to the businesses who open their doors to our students, as the time spent with them gives them valuable experience in the realities and responsibilities associated with the work environment. At the end of their placements students will be asked to review and reflect on the experience they have gained and consider how it might affect their future career direction.
