KIS House Dance Competition

KIS House Dance Competition

Wednesday morning saw KIS’s second Primary House Dance Competition, and it was even bigger and better than last year! Over 80 pupils delivered an array of fantastic dance performances covering dance styles from contemporary to hip hop. Each House had been rehearsing for the previous four weeks and it was wonderful to see their commitment, teamwork, hard work and enjoyment throughout the event. Our three judges found it very difficult to decide on a final winning team and before their final announcement, we were treated to a very entertaining dance-off delivered by Ms. John and Mr. Paul. Concluding the performances was the return of the energetic Zumba girls from Years 2 and 4. Following this performance the House Captains from the winning House, Gaya, were presented with their trophy. A huge ‘well done’ to our winners,  but also to all the performers; you should all be so proud! Thank you to all the supportive Primary staff, who makes events such as these possible.
