Principal's Message Dear Visitor, Thank you for your interest in the Kinabalu International School. Here at KIS we aim to provide a high quality British-style education for international and Malaysian students aged between 3 and 16 years old. The individual needs of our students are met in a secure, stable and enjoyable environment and we strive to challenge all our young learners to reach the highest possible academic and social standards, ensuring that they achieve their full potential as responsible world citizens. KIS is a small school with a friendly family atmosphere, delightful students and a welcoming ethos. You will also find on the following pages all the relevant practical details related to our admissions procedures and term times. We nonetheless understand that our on-line presence can only offer a brief insight into life at KIS and therefore we always encourage potential new families to visit the school wherever possible to get a more detailed picture of what we are able to offer.
